Welcome to Made By The Word LLC and the Mikaela Inspires Brand (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing any product, coaching package, group program, digital download, course, masterclass, or service (“Services”) from our Stan Store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Services Offered

Made By The Word LLC provides physical products, digital products, group programs, 1:1 coaching, and other faith-based business tools and personal development resources. These services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, or mental health advice and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

2. Earnings Disclaimer & No Guarantees

We are here to serve you at the highest level and are committed to your growth—but we make no guarantees about your success or income. Any results mentioned are examples and not promises.

You acknowledge and agree that:

No representative of Mikaela Inspires brand has made any guarantees or implied promises of results, profit, or outcomes. Mikaela cannot and does not give any guarantees on results or earnings with our information, courses, programs, masterminds, coaching, plans, tools or strategies. 

Any testimonials or client wins shared are based on their execution and effort, and outcomes will vary based on your experience, effort, and execution.

You are solely responsible for applying the tools, resources, and strategies provided.

You recognize and agree that nobody and nothing part of the Mikaela Inspires brand or Made By The Word brand has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever to you about future earnings, or that you will earn any money, with respect to your purchase of Mikaela's programs, courses, trainings, masterclasses or coaching and that we have not authorized any such implication, promise or representation by others. There are no guarantees of results or future earnings. There are no refunds. All sales are final. 

Even if you’ve worked with us in the past and achieved certain results, we make no promise that those results will repeat.

We may reference our own sales figures and in some cases the sales figures of our previous or existing purchasers. Please understand that we are not guaranteeing your success, and that the results we reference are not typical or average. We are displaying these results for example purposes only. Individual earnings and results will vary, and depend on many factors, including your background, business experience, motivation and work ethic.


3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital and coaching-based products, all sales are final. There are no refunds for any program, service, product, or coaching package.

By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy and acknowledge that transformation requires both financial and personal commitment.


4. Payment Plans & Missed Payments

If you enroll in a payment plan:

You are required to complete all scheduled payments in full, even if you withdraw or do not complete the program.

Missed or late payments will result in loss of access to all programs or services until the account is brought back into good standing.

If you exit a program early, you are responsible for the full value of any programs or services you have accessed, minus any amount already paid. If your due is late beyond 5 days, your account will be sent to collections unless said otherwise.


5. Intellectual Property

All resources, templates, videos, downloads, and other materials are the property of Made By The Word LLC DBA Mikaela Inspires. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not share, sell, modify, or distribute any of our content without express written consent. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action and potential removal from all programs and spaces with no refund.

6. Client Conduct

We foster a safe and respectful community. We reserve the right to remove you from any program, group, or service without refund for:

Disrespectful or disruptive behavior
Harassment or bullying
Violation of these Terms


7. Media Release & Promotional Usage

By participating in any of our programs, services, or community spaces, you agree that the Company may use your testimonials, success stories, or feedback for promotional or marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to have your words, likeness, or wins shared, you must submit a written request via email to mikaelainspires@gmail.com.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

9. We Will Give You Our Best — But No Guarantees

We promise to give you our absolute best, to pray over your success, and to deliver value with integrity and excellence. However, we make no guarantees about results.

We cannot promise what will happen in your life or business. Your success depends on your effort, background, consistency, and how you apply what you learn. Even with our full support, success is never guaranteed.

At the end of the day, we are here to guide and serve and show you what's possible but not to promise outcomes.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made By The Word LLC or the Mikaela Inspires brand is not liable for any damages, loss of income, or negative outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of our products, services, or advice.


11. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with any other legal disclaimers, privacy policies, or community guidelines provided or linked on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Made By The Word LLC DBA Mikaela Inspires.

This agreement supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements, whether written or verbal. No modification to this agreement shall be made except in writing by Made By The Word LLC.


12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
